POSTAGE & PACKING

Postage and packing within the United Kingdom is by Royal Mail 1st Class or equivalent, heavy items by Royal Mail Standard Parcel and for other regions by airmail. Unfortunately, we cannot ship houses outside of the UK. The cost is automatically added to your order at checkout at the following rates:-

For the United Kingdom the rates are:-

£3.00 for orders up to £20.00
£4.00 for orders from £20.00 to £40.00
£5.00 for orders over £40.00

All items for sale on our website are for adult collectors only and are not suitable for children under the age of 14 years.

PRICES

Prices are correct at the time of order only. Prices may be subject to change without prior notice. Overseas customers should note that you may be liable for taxes in your own country. These remain the sole responsibility of you the customer.

DELIVERY

We aim to keep most items in stock and to despatch orders within 2 days, subject to credit/debit card authorisation, or in the case of payment by cheque, the receipt of cleared funds. In the event that we are for any reason unable to meet this delivery we will contact you to advise when delivery will be possible or to offer a refund if preferred. For the premier collection delivery times may be longer, in these circumstances we will immediately advise the anticipated delivery date. We will retain the property in the products until full payment has been made and has been received by us in cleared funds.

PAYMENT

Where payment is made by credit/debit card delivery can only be made to the address at which the card is registered and any refunds can only be made to the original card account, or if payment is by cheque to the original payee.

REFUNDS POLICY

If for any reason you are not satisfied with any of your purchases, or they are damaged in transit, we will gladly either exchange them, or offer a full refund, including the cost of return postage. We must however receive the returned items, in good condition, within 14 days of despatch. Goods should be packed to the same standard as delivery packaging. Items must be sent by recorded delivery as we cannot accept liability for any returned goods lost or damaged in transit.
